HomeFinder.dk acts purely as a facilitator between landlords and tenants/renters. We are not the owner or landlord of the housing units listed, and we do not lease or rent out properties ourselves. We publish listings on behalf of verified landlords and ensure that both parties (landlord and tenant) have a secure, transparent process. You pay our service fee only after you have committed to take the apartment (i.e., when you are sure and the contract with the landlord is in place). If you do not find or commit to a housing unit, no fee is due to HomeFinder.dk.
By using our service you acknowledge that homefinder.dk is not the landlord, and that any rental agreement, lease or tenancy contract is between you and the landlord directly. You are responsible for your own due diligence regarding the property, its condition, the landlord, the tenancy contract and your rights under Danish rental law.
